When should I arrive?

On the day of the event, registration will begin at 7:30 am. As participants arrive, they can indulge in a delicious breakfast and beverage selection while the driving range awaits those eager to warm up. In addition, there will be various activities for non-golfers and merchandise available for purchase.

For golfers, prompt arrival by 8:30 am is kindly requested, as we aim to kick off proceedings with a shotgun start promptly at 9:00 am.

Non-golfing attendees are equally encouraged to arrive from 7:30 am onwards, allowing ample time to explore. However, the non-golfing events will not commence until 10:30 am. Registration for non-golfers will remain open until 1 pm, though we recommend arriving no later than 11:30 am to fully immerse in the day's offerings.

Where do I stay?

If you will be needing a hotel for the outing please note that we are working with Leaders In Travel to secure the best rate possible at a local hotel. When registering for the event, you will be asked to fill out information — including if you are interested in hotel accommodations, please indicate your preference on this form and you will then be contacted. How do I get there?

From the Palisades Interstate Parkway North:

Parkway North to Exit 11 (New Hempstead Rd.) At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto New Hempstead Road. Proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto Hempstead Road. About 1/4 mile, make the first right onto Brick Church Road. The entrance is after the hill on the left side (across from the school playground).

From the Palisades Interstate Parkway South:

Parkway South to Exit 11 (New Hempstead Rd.) At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto New Hempstead Road. Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Hempstead Road. Cross the bridge to Palisades Interstate Parkway North, Exit 13N. Follow the directions above.

From the George Washington Bridge:

Use the upper level of the Bridge – stay in the right lane and take Palisades Interstate Parkway North. Follow the directions above.

What charities will receive my money?

The spirit of giving back is the backbone of the event. We'll be supporting several charities through engaging games as well as a dedicated auction. Further, we're proud to share that 18% of all profits generated from the outing will be directed to Donate Life New York State, a cause close to our hearts and especially our founder, Elissa. Stay tuned for more information on new developments and for any changes. Your participation not only promises a day of fun and camaraderie but also contributes to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others!
